A question looks wrong
Report it on the question itself — every question carries a report link, and it reaches the people who can change the bank. Say what you think is wrong: the key, the options, a missing figure, a typo.
We would genuinely rather know. A question found to be wrong is corrected or withdrawn rather than left standing, and attempts already graded against it are regraded. This is the single most useful thing a candidate can send us.
Somebody is behaving badly
Discussions sit under each question and are for working out the answer. Abuse, harassment, spam, and posting anything that identifies another candidate are not allowed. Nor is sharing a live exam paper while the exam is still open — that takes the exam away from everybody sitting it honestly.
Report a message using the report control on it, or write to the address at the foot of this page. We remove messages that break these rules and suspend accounts that keep doing it. A removed message keeps its place so the replies around it still make sense, but its text is never served again.
You found a security flaw
Please tell us before you tell anybody else, and we will not take action against you for having looked. Write to the grievance officer at the foot of this page with enough detail to reproduce it.
What we ask:
- Use your own account, or one you create for the purpose. Do not touch another candidate's data.
- Do not run denial-of-service tests, mass scans, or anything that degrades the service for people sitting an exam.
- Give us reasonable time to fix it before publishing.
What we will do:
- Acknowledge within 3 working days.
- Tell you what we found and when we expect to fix it.
- Credit you when it is fixed, if you want to be credited.
We do not currently pay for reports. We will say so plainly rather than imply otherwise.
Cheating in a live exam
Live exams may be proctored. What that involves, and what is and is not recorded, is set out in the privacy policy — in short, nothing from your camera is ever stored or uploaded.
Sitting an exam as somebody else, sharing answers while it is open, or sharing an account will end the accounts involved without a refund. If you believe somebody is doing this, tell us; we would rather hear it than have the leaderboard quietly stop meaning anything.
If we get it wrong
Every decision above can be appealed to the grievance officer named at the foot of this page, who will look at it afresh and reply within 30 days. If you are still unhappy, nothing here removes any right you have under Indian consumer law.
